2. CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

    a. Eligibility: Use of the Portal is restricted to clients who have a valid service agreement or inquiry with MCM Services.
    b. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
    c. Use of Data: Data provided within the Portal (including project files, images, and documents) is intended solely for client use related to their specific service contract with MCM Services.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE

You agree not to use the Service:

    a. For any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law.
    b. To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
    c. To upload or transmit any computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other material designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on the website are the exclusive property of MCM Services USA Corporation and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of major changes via email or a conspicuous notice on the Portal. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
