1) Services & estimates

Information on the Site is for general purposes. Quotes/estimates are provided after evaluation and may change based on scope, site conditions, materials, and scheduling.

2) Scheduling & cancellations

Appointments and project timelines depend on availability, approvals, and supplier lead times. Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to fees as agreed in writing.

3) Payments

Deposits, milestones, and final payments (if applicable) are defined in the written proposal/invoice. Late payments may delay work.

4) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, branding) is owned by MCM Services or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCM Services is not liable for indirect damages arising from Site use. The Site is provided “as is”.
